Feature Length Article: The Golden Boy- Remembering the Child Behind the Headlines

Jeffrey Baldwin went from a loved toddler to an abused foster child, and then fodder for the 24 hour news cycle. But one man saw him for what he was, a child in need of recognition by his community, and this catalyzed the creation of the Golden Boy memorial statue in Toronto's Greektown neighbourhood.
